How do I clean my cloths?

Many times you can simply rinse them well in just water. When they are very dirty - hand or machine wash with detergent & bleach (if desired) and they will go back to work for you. It's always best to wash them with other lint -free items. Air Dry - No Fabric Softeners!

Make sure the cloths are free of detergents or other chemicals - such as fabric softeners - that may prevent the cloth from doing it's job or may transfer back to surfaces you do not want to streak!

Can I use this on my Plasma TV screen or my LCD computer monitor?

ABSOLUTELY! There are no chemicals in the cloth and the cloth will not scratch surfaces.  NOTE: Make sure your cloth is clean & free of debris from any other cleaning you may have done.

Why is the cost different on the web-site from the show or market I purchased my first cloths?

We have distributors all across the country that use our logo and information. All prices at markets are 'Buy Now' prices that are only done at the time of the sale with the individual distributor selling the cloth.

Why am I getting streaks on my windows?

A CLEAN cloth is guaranteed to never streak or spot a surface. If you are getting streaks, something is in the cloth that needs to be rinsed out with water or washed with soap or detergent - depending on what was pulled into it. If you are getting water spots that do not disappear from the surface, the cloth was not wrung out well enough.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason, you are not happy with your cloths, please call us at 269-792-8078. We want you to be as 'in love' with these cloths as we are and if you're not... there's a reason. We want to work with you so they can save you the time & money they have us!

For retail orders, if you would like a refund, we will gladly give you a refund or an exchange within 30 days.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# (return merchandise authorization).

If the above conditions are not met, Streak Free Michigan reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 30% and reimbursement of shipping charges.

 

The "Five Rules" of the Ultimate Cloth.

1. USE THE CLOTH DAMP. Prior to first use, wash or rince well with warm water to get rid of any debris left over from manufacturing/packaging process. When ready to use, simply wet with water & wring it out well. If moisture stays on your surface, the cloth was not wrung out well enough.
2. YOU CAN WASH IT & BLEACH IT. You can hand or machine wash the cloths alone or with lint-free laundry items. Our customers love the bleaching aspect for the disinfectant properties when used around the kitchen & bath. No fabric softner. The fibers do the work, but fabric softeners coat the surface of the cloth keeping them from being able to pull the dirt from your surfaces into the cloth. Besides, you don't want anything on the cloth that will transfer back to your surfaces.
   
   OUR GUARANTEE: A clean cloth will never spot or streak your surface. If you're getting spots or streaks, it's time to rinse it or wash the cloth, depending on what has been pulled into it.
